Dentistry launch and traffic optimization

We launched messaging campaigns and quickly saw a skew: automatic placement pushed budget into Facebook, where leads were cheaper but converted worse. We split Facebook and Instagram and optimized campaigns separately.

Then we segmented by age (under 55 / 55+). That delivered a stable CPL: the average inquiry cost was $1.70, the best group was $0.82, and even higher-cost groups (~$5.70) maintained quality.

Next we tested offers and services: All-on-4 implants, whitening, restoration, and more. We used banners and video, tested combinations, and kept the highest-converting ones.

In a small city, creatives burn out faster, so we refreshed materials more often and added auto-replies for evening inquiries to avoid missed bookings.

Landing pages per service

In parallel we built two dedicated landing pages for specific services and Meta traffic. The focus was on structure, offers, trust blocks, and fast forms.

Conversion-first design

Scaling to plastic surgery

After dentistry stabilized, we scaled into plastic surgery — a complex niche due to Meta restrictions. We adapted videos for moderation and kept only approved versions.

Monthly result: 117 inquiries, average CPL $5.08, best CPL $2.61. Strong numbers for a high-ticket segment.

Paid traffic is only part of the system

We also strengthened results through reputation and service automation.

Google Business Profile

For a local clinic, appearance on Google Maps is critical. We filled in services, added products, updated photos, and refined descriptions. The profile looked more complete and active, boosting trust and helping convert ad interest into real appointments.
