SprinterStore is a specialized retailer of parts and accessories for commercial vans: Mercedes Sprinter, RAM ProMaster, and others. With a strong offline presence, they came to us to dominate online sales and build a scalable advertising system.

The Challenge

The auto parts niche is characterized by fierce competition and minimal margins on many products. Standard Shopping campaigns generated sales, but profitability was unstable. We needed to build a system that identifies profitable products, strategically outbids competitors, and accurately tracks every transaction across Google and Meta.

What We Did

A multi-level system for sustainable e-commerce growth

Google Ads Structure

Segmented campaigns by product category and margin. Separated Brand vs Non-Brand traffic to control costs. Used Performance Max for top-performing assets while keeping manual control over niche keywords.

Feed Optimization

We didn't just upload products. We enriched the feed with custom labels for margin and seasonality, optimized titles with high-intent keywords, and fixed all GTIN errors. This significantly improved ad relevance and lowered CPC.

Tag Rocket Analytics

Implemented specific tracking for BigCommerce via Tag Rocket. This gave us granular visibility into 'Add to Cart', 'Checkout', and 'Purchase' events, allowing algorithms to optimize for actual profit, not just clicks.

Price Comparison

Used automated tools to monitor competitor pricing. We set up rules to bid aggressively only when our price was competitive, and paused ads for products where we were priced out of the market.

Meta Ads Funnel

Built a full funnel structure. Top of Funnel (TOF): showcasing bestsellers to lookalike audiences. Bottom of Funnel (BOF): dynamic remarketing to recover abandoned carts and cross-sell accessories to recent buyers.
